All sales are final. However, we are more than happy to exchange an item if there is a defect or production flaw with the product. Exchanges can only be done 7 days after delivery, please contact us within 7 days. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange if we believe the items purchased are intentionally damaged or have been misused. HOW TO STORE

It’s important to keep your jewelry in a clean, dry place. A soft-lined jewelry case or soft-lined pouches are great options to store rings and bracelets. Each piece should be stored separately, without touching each other, to avoid scratching or tarnishing. Hanging necklaces individually will also prevent scratches and tarnishing.
