However, we are more than happy to exchange an item if there is a defect or production flaw with the product.  Exchanges can only be done 7 days after delivery, please contact us within 7 days. Each piece should be stored separately, without touching each other, to avoid scratching or tarnishing. Hanging necklaces individually will also prevent scratches and tarnishing.
