Jill's Story

Over a decade ago, my journey into jewelry began at a trade publication, where I fell in love with the artistry, symbolism, and stories behind each piece. What started as designing and curating meaningful jewelry for myself, friends and family quickly grew into something more. As my passion grew, my husband encouraged me to take the leap—and JBJ was born.

I’ve always believed jewelry is more than adornment. Before climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro, I searched for a piece that would protect and ground me. I found a Ganesha pendant, a symbol of guidance and the remover of obstacles. Wearing it brought me calm, strength, and clarity, reminding me of the profound way jewelry can support the mind & body.

That belief is at the heart of every JBJ piece: jewelry with intention, meaning, and a story that becomes your own.

JBJ has the most
stunning and unique pieces! After seeing her jewelry at a few local pop up events around the holidays I had to visit her studio for a specific ring I had my eye on. Jill's studio was welcoming, I could have spent hours in there with her. I started playing the violin at 9, my teacher was 1 in a million, she not only taught me violin but was a safe haven for me over the years even giving me a place to stay when I needed it the most. Selling my violin was a hard decision. I no longer played and it had taken a back seat in my life but I still wanted to have a reminder of it.
