Return Policy

  1. Eligibility: Items are eligible for exchange or studio credit within 7 days of the purchase date.

  2. Condition: Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  3. Receipt: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all exchanges.

  4. Exclusions: Custom orders, personalized pieces, and final sale items are not eligible for exchange or return.

How to Exchange

  1. In-Studio Exchanges:

    • Visit our studio with the item and your receipt.

    • Our team will assist you in finding something else you will love!

  2. Mail-In Exchanges:

    • Contact our customer service team at hello@jbjshop.com to initiate the exchange process.

    • Carefully pack the item in its original packaging and include the receipt.

    • Ship the item to our studio address provided by JBJ

    • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the exchange and notify you.

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your exchange once we receive the item.
