What is your return or exchange policy?
All sales are final. However, we are more than happy to exchange an item if there is a defect or production flaw with the product. Exchanges can only be done 7 days after delivery, please contact us within 7 days. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange if we believe the items purchased are intentionally damaged or have been misused. If you have questions about personalizing a piece or about the availability of an item, please contact us before placing your order. We are not responsible for return shipping charges and the original shipping charges are non refundable.
How do I care for my jewelry?
Store jewelry in a soft-lined case, and keep pieces separate to avoid damage. Hang necklaces individually. Remove jewelry before swimming, applying lotions, or using harsh chemicals to prevent discoloration or dullness.
Do you offer warranties on your jewelry?
Wipe jewelry with a soft, damp cloth after wearing, and avoid paper towels. Let pieces dry before storing. Use JBJ foaming cleaner for diamonds, most metals, and delicate stones, or opt for professional cleaning for extra care.
