Jill's Story
Over a decade ago, my journey into the world of jewelry began at a trade publication, where I immersed myself in the industry and quickly became enamored. Before long, I was crafting and curating unique pieces for friends and family. As my passion and expertise sharpened, my husband urged me to take a bold step and launch JBJ, turning my vision into reality.
I've always been drawn to meaningful jewelry. Before climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro, I sought a protective piece and found a Ganesha pendant, symbolizing protection and obstacle removal. Wearing it gave me calm and confidence, reinforcing my belief in jewelry's impact on mind, body, and soul.

We use only the finest materials, including 14k gold, sterling silver, platinum, and ethically sourced diamonds and gemstones.
Do you offer custom or personalized jewelry?
Yes! You can inquire via hello@jbjshop.com to book an appointment and begin the custom commission process.
What is your return or exchange policy?
All sales are final. However, we are more than happy to exchange an item if there is a defect or production flaw with the product. Exchanges can only be done 7 days after delivery, please contact us within 7 days. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange if we believe the items purchased are intentionally damaged or have been misused. If you have questions about personalizing a piece or about the availability of an item, please contact us before placing your order. We are not responsible for return shipping charges and the original shipping charges are non refundable.
How do I book a permanent jewelry appointment?
Visit our permanent jewelry partner, Mavery & Co. for welded jewelry bookings available in-studio, every Friday.
How do I care for my jewelry?
Store jewelry in a soft-lined case, and keep pieces separate to avoid damage. Hang necklaces individually. Remove jewelry before swimming, applying lotions, or using harsh chemicals to prevent discoloration or dullness.
How should I clean my jewelry?
Wipe jewelry with a soft, damp cloth after wearing, and avoid paper towels. Let pieces dry before storing. Use JBJ foaming cleaner for diamonds, most metals, and delicate stones, or opt for professional cleaning for extra care.
